Evaluation of a Modification of the Zak-Kiliani Reaction for Determination of Serum Cholesterol

A simplified, improved modification of the Zak and Kiliani technics for the analysis of serum cholesterol is described. Factors affecting the results and the reliability of the method have been experimentally studied and demonstrated.
