1 Child Research Council, Department of Pediatrics, and the Division of Allergy and Immunology, Department of Medicine, University of Colorado Medical Center, Denver, Colo. 80220.

Total gamma globulin was measured after paper electrophoresis of 40 human sera. Gamma G, gamma A, and gamma M immunoproteins were measured in these sera by single diffusion in agar gel. The total gamma globulin was found to consist primarily of gamma G and gamma M proteins, with a small portion of the gamma A also included.
