A Modified Automated Ferricyanide-Phosphomolybdic Acid Procedure for Serum or Plasma Glucose

Glucose in serum and plasma was determined by the automated ferricyanide-phosphomolybdate reaction, with modifications of both the flow system and reagents to adapt the procedure for use with the AutoAnalyzer. The modified method was shown to be precise and sensitive.
