The Photometric Microdetermination of Serum Total Globulins with a Tryptophan Reaction: A Modified Procedure

A previously described colorimetric method for determination of total serum globulins by means of a tryptophan reaction is applied to the determination of total globulins isolated from serum by precipitation with 2% trichloracetic acid in ethanol.
