Design and Operation of an Expanded System of Quality Control

A functioning system of quality control, utilizing three types of control materials, is described. Analytic results obtained on control specimens are processed by computer to give a rapid indication of over-all accuracy and precision, technician performance, and need for restandardizing or trouble-shooting individual tests.
