The Use of a Reagent Gel To Locate LDH Isoenzymes Separated on Cellulose Acetate Membranes

In a technic for locating the isoenzymes of LDH following electrophoresis on cellulose acetate membranes, the membrane is laid on an agar gel containing all of the necessary reagents.
