The Measurement of Lithium in Biologic Samples by Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry

The atomic absorption spectrophotometric method for the measurement of lithium in biologic samples is evaluated. The preparation of standards for measurement of serum and urinary lithium concentrations is provided with discussion of some interfering substances.
