A New "Bilirubinometer"1 and Its Use in Estimating Total and Conjugated Bilirubin Serum

The prototype "Bilirubinometer" previously reported by Jackson [Clin. Chem. 11, 1051 (1965)] has been modified for commercial production. A method for the determination of conjugated (direct-reacting) bilirubin with this instrument is described.
