Rapid Column-Chromatographic Measurement of Orotic Acid

A rapid anion-exchange column-chromatographic method for measuring orotic acid is described. The method is of value in screening or quantitating abnormal amounts of this compound, but cannot be used to measure the small amounts normally present in urine.
