Improved Semiautomated Method for Assay of Phosphorus in Serum Phospholipids

A semiautomated method is described for assay of serum phospholipids, in which an AutoAnalyzer is used. This analytically accurate procedure eliminates difficulties in the automation mechanics of a previously reported method having the same chemical basis.
