Rapid Fluorometric Assay of Estrogen Conjugates in Pregnancy Urine

A rapid assay for estrogen conjugates in pregnancy urine is described. It involves extraction of the estrogen conjugates with Amberlite XAD-2, Kober reaction, and fluorometry of the dichloroethane extract of the reaction mixture.
