Paper-Electrophoretic Method for Estimating Urocanic Acid in Urine

A paper-electrophoretic method is proposed for determining urocanic acid in urine. Formiminoglutamic acid can be simultaneously estimated. Data are given for the urocanic acid content of urine from normal persons after a histidine load.
