1 Roswell Park Memorial Institute (T. M. C., G. R.) and Medical Foundation of Buffalo (Y. O.), Buffalo, New York, 14203.

Fractionation of estrogens, with high sensitivity and good recovery, from urine of nonpregnant individuals is made possible by combined use of XAD-2 resin extraction and gas—liquid chromatography.
