Corrections


p 1150, paragraph 3 under Reagents: "Dissolve tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane (3.0 g) and sodium desoxycholic acid (6.0 g) in 1000 ml of water" should be changed to read "Dissolve tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane (6.0 g) and sodium desoxycholic acid (3.0 g) in 1000 ml of water."

p 1152, Table 1, Column 4 (headed "Factor"):Change the bottom two 7000’s to read 5300 and 11400, respectively.
