Automated Method for Micro-Scale Determination of Serum Carbon Dioxide

An accessory attachment for the Beckman DSA-560 is described and the method for its use is presented. This accessory permits the automated microdetermination of serum carbon dioxide at a rate of 80 specimens per hour. The precision of the method is good and the results correlate well with those of other accepted techniques.
