In Table 3, the concentration units are mg/liter, not g/liter, and the day-to-day SD in glucose concentration at 999 mg/liter glucose is 15.1 mg/liter, not 1.51 mg/liter. In Table 4, p 1341, the concentration of Hypaque is expressed in mg iodine/L (mg I/L).

p 1343. Table 3 was inadvertently omitted from this paper. It is as follows.

p 1627. In Table 6, the numbers in the first line should read 580, 2260, 2210, and +50. The "+50" in the second line should be deleted.
