Effect of High Room-Temperature on Estimation of Blood Cholesterol by Bloor's Method

Data are presented showing that in determinations of blood cholesterol in tropical climates, evaporation of solvent during filtration at room temperature (37°) is the cause of erroneous high results. Adjustment of solvent volumes is suggested to correct this.
