Improvements on the Automatic Determination of Micro Amounts of Serum Calcium

Calcium in 0.2 ml. of blood serum can be titrated automatically in about 10 sec. with a reproducibility of 1-2%. It is not necessary to deproteinize the serum, and the complete procedure requires less than 1 min.
