SUBSCRIPTION RATES AND POLICIES

Clinical Chemistry is published monthly by the AACC. Subscriptions are based on a calendar year (January-December). You may choose to receive the Print Version, which also includes access to the Online Version (one site) or the Online Only Version (no print) (one site). Clinical Chemistry Online at http://www.clinchem.org contains the full content of each journal issue, including all text, figures, tables, and some supplemental data not available in print. Full text is available online beginning with the January 1997 issue, Volume 43, Number 1. We are currently in the process of adding content back to Volume 1, Issue 1, 1955. Reprints
Reprint order forms are mailed to authors with their page proof. They can also be obtained from Cadmus Reprint Department, telephone: (800) 407-9190 or (410) 819-3967, fax: (410) 820-9765. Minimum reprint order is 100 copies.

Claims
Claims for missing issues must be made within 3 months after the issue date for USA and Canadian subscribers or 6 months after the issue date for International subscribers. For claims to be processed, the customer number, exact name, and address, as they appear on the mailing label, must be included in the correspondence.

Cancellations
Refunds for cancellations of subscriptions will be made on the unused portion of the subscription. Send cancellation requests to AACC Customer Service.

Back Issues (print only)
Selected single copies of current and back issues are available from AACC for $40.00 for individuals or $80.00 for institutions. Ask for current prices on Special Issues. Some complete volumes of the journal are available in print from AACC or in microform from ProQuest, 300 North Zeeb Road, P.O.
