Yes, when you complete the subscription process, you will choose a user name and a password. You are the only one licensed to use this password.
We have instructions for what to do if you forget your user name or your password. Details about how to do this will be included as part of the subscription process.
Without a subscription you have access to Tables of contents, abstracts, and full-text searching at no cost and without having to register.
If your institution has a Print subscription, it is eligible to have an Online version of the Journal as well. In so doing, you will automatically have access to the tables of contents, abstracts, full-text searching, full-text display, PDFs, Medline and GenBank links, and future tables of contents. You'll also see a button at the top of the page confirming you're signed in as part of an institution.
Your institution may also choose to subscribe to the Online Only Version of Clinical Chemistry. If you would like to have an institutional subscription, please contact your local librarian.
Yes, individuals and institutions will continue to be able to receive the paper version for the foreseeable future. At some time, the paper and electronic versions may be available as separate subscriptions.
AACC Members are eligible for Member Subscriptions to Clinical Chemistry, providing them with a paper and electronic version of the journal. Members may also have access to Clinical Chemistry Online through an Institutional Subscription.
You may wish to apply for AACC membership or you may wish to purchase an Individual (Non-Member) print subscription which provides access to the electronic version. Without a subscription you have access to Tables of contents, abstracts, and full-text searching without full-text viewing) at no cost and without having to register.
If you prefer to take advantage of all the benefits of being a member of AACC, which includes a subscription to Clinical Chemistry in print and online, please fill out the Membership Application and mail or fax it back with your membership dues or contact Customer Service below.
