Print Subscriptions (including Online Access)
Clinical Chemistry is published monthly by the AACC. Subscriptions are based on a calendar year (January-December). Your print subscription to Clinical Chemistry also allows you access to the online versions of the Journal. Clinical Chemistry Online at http://www.clinchem.org contains the full content of each journal issue, including all text, figures, and tables beginning with the January 1997 issue, Volume 43, Number 1, print ISSN: 0009-9147, online ISSN: 1530-8561, CODEN: CLCHAU.

Prepayment in US dollars is required. Sample copies and pro forma invoices are available upon request.

Membership: If you prefer to take advantage of all the benefits of being a member of AACC, which includes a subscription to Clinical Chemistry in print and online, please fill out the Membership Application and mail or fax it back with your membership dues.

Reprints
Reprint order forms are mailed to authors with their page proof. They can also be obtained from Cadmus Reprint Department, telephone: (800) 407-9190 or (410) 819-3967, fax: (410) 820-9765. Minimum reprint order is 100 copies.

Claims
Claims for missing issues will not be honored (a) unless we are notified within 3 months after the issue date for domestic and Canadian subscribers or 6 months after the issue date for foreign subscribers; (b) if notice of a recent change of address has not been received; or (c) if the reason for claim is "missing from files." For claims to be processed, the customer number, exact name, and address, as they appear on the mailing label, must be included in the correspondence.

Cancellations
Refunds for cancellations of subscriptions will be made on the unused portion of the subscription. Send cancellation requests to the address listed above.

Back Issues (print only)
Selected single copies of current and back issues are available from AACC for $35.00 for individuals or $65.00 for institutions. Ask for current prices on Special Issues. Some complete volumes of the journal are available in print from AACC or in microform from ProQuest, 300 North Zeeb Road, P.O.
